12ntc Terms and Conditions You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and 12ntc ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by 12ntc.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 12ntc platform, you confirm that:

3 Registration & Account Management

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a serious breach of terms and may result in account termination and freezing of all funds.

• Full Name: Must match exactly as shown on your official identification document.
• Email Address: An active email address that you own and can access. Each email address may only be used for one account.
• Phone Number: A valid and active Malaysian phone number for verification and security purposes.
• Password: You are solely responsible for the security of your account password. Use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

12ntc supports a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including FPX, bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC), and ATM/CDM deposits. All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted system.

Deposit Policy:

• The minimum deposit is RM 20 for most payment methods.
• Funds will be credited to your account within 5 minutes after your payment is successfully confirmed.
• You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third parties are not permitted.

• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion may only be claimed once per account, device, IP address, or household.

• Fraud Attempt: Any attempt to manipulate games, use automated software (bots), exploit system vulnerabilities, or engage in any form of fraud will result in immediate account termination and freezing of all funds.

7 User Responsibilities & Conduct

As a member of the 12ntc platform, you agree to always conduct yourself responsibly and respect the platform's rules. The following are strictly prohibited on the 12ntc platform:

• Using the platform for unlawful purposes, including money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Sharing your account login credentials with others or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using third-party software, bots, automated scripts, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay.

• Attempting to access another user's account or 12ntc's internal systems without authorisation.
